I will be the president in Somalia

You have clicked open this article mainly because of its challenging and attractive title . you might have either felt relieved or got furious at the title . Cool down.
My main point was to attract you join me in my continuous attempt to save our Somali nationhood with a new political perspective .
Let me first mention that when all my friends were jubilantly applauding Saddam Hussein's jango type profile to challenge the coalition forces against him last year , I was alone who was against the Iraqi president , when the situation in Iraq today and the fate of the former president became evident , my friends surrendered and apologized for being naïve in their enthusiasm with the Middle East Political situation .
( My intention was not that I did want the Americans to defeat Saddam but because I did not want them to reach their goal of destroying the Iraqi national power)
From that day, I maintained my habit to see things from a long term angles and through different political perspectives..
Now , come on and join me to perform miracles for our ailing nation .
Wait , wait , again let me halt you before I take you to ride with me to a mountain of national duties that requires durability , non tiring ,patriotism , easy to forget the scars, sacrifice and all that builds a nation . Let us make sure how patriotic you are by answering following simple questions:

Do you agree with me that:
Every situation and time has its own political page.
All that every Militia leader or tribal leader is fighting for is a large share of the national cake of political power for his community ( i.e. to let his tribal brothers live like royal elites, his tribal sisters doing business with a huge national dollars in the bag, and his brothers obtain scholarship studies at best universities in the world that they might not hold merit)
That the world community , specially Europe and USA have let the Somali political conflict as pure Somali internal affair and opted to play ' wait & see" role while they play a very active role in other conflicts in other regions like Haiti , Iraq , Kosovo ( the reasons behind this political stand by the west will be covered in my next article soon).
That only Federalism system for the new Somalia is the right political system and that Democracy should serve the nation and not at the cost of the national interests.
Now, come on in with me and let us see how we can save the nation.
First let us hold on breath and study the requirement of the courageous Somali man who can say " I will be the president of Somalia " .
Second let us create a situation that any new president in Somalia is highly controlled by the law that any new resolution of a political, financial and social change should be approved and endorsed by the majority of the votes in the parliament.
Third, there should be an article in the condition that out powers the president if he violates the national law .
Fourth the highly vital ministries functions should not depend on the system of the any new regime elected but should have certain national sacred system that will not jeopardize the nation.
We have to realize that building a nation consists of :.
Production of civilized and strong citizens through better education.
Creating a good source of living for the Somali citizens.
Creating a good system that keeps the stability and security of the nation very high .
Making strong defense system that defends the nation from external and internal enemies.
Spending on education, research and health that makes the better citizen of the nation.
If what the rulers will built for the country is beautiful streets and skyscraper buildings, they could fall any time but if strong Somali citizen is erected , it will hold the nation forever.
Let us give a chance for any politician who is capable to say " I will be the president of Somalia and prove it , but also make sure that for the first ten years , we control of him to rule us the better way and not that we let him do things the way that pleases his personal or tribal interests.
It was political problems and social conflicts that led Europe to reach the progress in life they are ahead of us . With all the problems we face today , we have good chances to use these as good lessons and stepping stone to progress and prosperity.
Let us make the conditions of the candidates for presidency so controlled , accounted for and within secure circle so that few capable people will only say

"Yes I will be the president of Somalia.
